Position Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Organizational Effectiveness, the incumbent will manage the Employee Value Proposition program to create a stellar employee experience. They will lead organizational development processes and practices that result in enhanced performance and positive business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements & Key Competency:
- Education: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in HR.
- Advantage: Post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years’ experience in Organization Development, Employee Wellness, and Facilitation.
- Change Management: 5 years' experience providing change management strategy development and solutions.
- Facilitation: Proven experience in facilitating group discussions.
- Program Management: Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing reward, recognition, performance, and/or motivational programs with proven results.
- Change Initiatives: Demonstrated success in managing expectations on major change initiatives.
- HR Lifecycle: Understanding of the Human Resources Services Lifecycle.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License.
- Stakeholder Management: Sound track record in effectively managing complex and sensitive stakeholder engagements at all levels.
